I am primarily working on plein air oil landscapes. Through changing light and atmospheric conditions, I enjoy the challenge and the energy created by capturing nature on canvas.

I experiment with different media and surfaces, and use color to explore abstract ideas as well as traditional subjects. I hope to combine these elements into a narrative form.

My art is a work in progress; a rewarding journey with many paths to take and explore. It is always an interesting ride with many opportunities to learn more about myself as an artist.
